Job Summary
This role offers a comprehensive opportunity to manage human resources and payroll operations within a dynamic administrative team. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including the creation of employment contracts and maintenance of personnel files. A significant portion of the role involves the independent execution of monthly payroll using DATEV, ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and tax laws. Additionally, you will provide critical support to the financial accounting department by assisting with invoice processing and document management. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of HR administration and financial accounting tasks. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable commercial/business qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in payroll accounting
- Practical experience using DATEV software for payroll and accounting
- Experience in managing the full employee lifecycle and HR documentation
- Background in financial accounting support and invoice management
- Experience in labor, social security, and tax law compliance
