Job Summary
As a Tools Support Coordinator at NET CHECK GmbH, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness of advanced network measurement systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the commissioning, installation, and acceptance of specialized SwissQual and Rohde & Schwarz hardware. You will serve as the primary first-level support contact for field measurement technicians, troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative workarounds. Beyond technical support, you will manage vital resources including SIM cards, equipment, and fleet vehicles, while also maintaining navigation systems and map data. This role is unique for its blend of hands-on electronics work, resource management, and occasional international travel for data acquisition. Required Skills
Education
Completed training in communications engineering, telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or electrical engineering is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support or telecommunications equipment maintenance
- Experience in commissioning and installing measurement systems
- Experience in managing technical resources and equipment inventory
- Practical experience with Android-based mobile devices and electronics
- Experience in fleet management and navigation system maintenance
