As a (Junior) Software Engineer at Steadforce, you will be instrumental in developing modern, cloud-native software solutions on AWS. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting the entire lifecycle of cloud applications, from initial conception to production. You will work closely with cross-functional DevOps and product teams to build, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). A significant part of the role includes participating in code and architecture reviews while gradually taking ownership of service stability and monitoring. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable vocational training/qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in developing modern software applications
- Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience using AWS CDK for modeling and versioning cloud infrastructure
- Solid understanding of software architecture and modern development processes
- Experience in collaborative environments including code and architecture reviews
