As an IT Service Specialist (Client Administrator), you will serve as a vital link in the IT infrastructure of the Savings Bank Association of Baden-Württemberg (SVBW). Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level support to users, managing hardware and software assets, and overseeing mobile devices and web conferencing systems. You will be deeply involved in Microsoft environments, specifically handling Active Directory, Exchange, and Group Policies. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will participate in IT projects, create technical documentation, and conduct user training sessions. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in IT Service or Client Administration
- Experience in the IT department of a bank or savings bank (Sparkasse) is advantageous
- Experience in managing Microsoft environments including AD and Exchange
- Proven experience in user support and hardware/software maintenance
