Required Skills
Education
Certified Tax Consultant (Steuerberaterexamen) and relevant university degree in Business, Law, or Finance.
Experience
- Successfully passed the German Tax Consultant Exam (Steuerberater)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in tax consultancy and accounting
- Professional experience in team leadership and staff motivation
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business development
- Experience in digitalizing tax processes and workflows
