Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role at the Hochheim am Main municipal utilities (Stadtwerke) involves the technical management and coordination of electrical operations at a wastewater treatment facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, including the organization and documentation of maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with DGUV and VDE regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology, optimizing pump systems and frequency converters, and coordinating external specialist contractors. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman Certificate (Elektromeister) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Energy and Building Technology.
Experience
- Successfully completed Master Craftsman (Meister) examination in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering or Energy and Building Technology)
- Several years of professional experience in industrial or municipal infrastructure operations
- Proven experience in MSR, control, and drive technology
- Experience in the coordination and supervision of external service providers
- Experience with technical documentation and compliance with safety regulations

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be willing to participate in paid on-call standby duty with a maximum 30-minute response time (including travel) to the site. German language proficiency at CEFR C1 level is explicitly required.
