Job Summary
This role involves joining the Netphen Housing Association, a long-standing cooperative dedicated to providing quality housing since 1949. As a Skilled Craftsman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and modernization of residential units. Your primary duties include painting, drywall installation, and general building maintenance, alongside smaller repairs. You will also manage outdoor facilities, which includes seasonal tasks like lawn mowing and winter services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who enjoys tenant interaction and can prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
