Job Summary
As the Technical Director for Fachklinik Schwaben, a modern 200-bed rehabilitation clinic, you will lead the technical operations and facility management following a retirement vacancy. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring the operational availability and value preservation of all building systems and technical facilities. You will plan, control, and coordinate renovation and maintenance measures while actively participating in construction projects from conception to completion. The role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize technical workflows and ensure compliance with legal regulations. This position is particularly attractive due to its stable, permanent contract, a 30-day vacation policy, and access to extensive on-site wellness facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering (Diplom/Bachelor/Master), State-certified Technician, or Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification in Electrical, Supply, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- Comprehensive professional experience in technical building management, preferably within a clinical or healthcare environment
- Proven experience in planning and executing technical and plant-related construction projects
- Practical experience as an Engineer, Technician, or Master Craftsman in electrical, supply, or industrial engineering
- Experience in managing maintenance, repair, and renovation measures for large-scale facilities
