Job Summary

This role involves leading a technical team within a socio-economic circular economy project focused on recycling and repairing electrical appliances, bicycles, and garden equipment. As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and refurbishment of 'white goods' and household appliances, ensuring high-quality standards and proper waste separation for eco-friendly disposal. A significant part of your day will involve supervising and instructing transit workers, providing technical training, and supporting their reintegration into the labor market. You will also coordinate workshop modifications, maintain machinery, and handle project documentation. This position is unique because it combines technical electrical expertise with social responsibility, offering the chance to work in a non-profit environment that values diversity, flat hierarchies, and meaningful environmental impact. It is an ideal role for a technician who enjoys hands-on repair work while mentoring others in a supportive, mission-driven atmosphere.
