This role involves leading and developing an international building services team with a primary focus on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) systems. You will serve as the central communication hub between executive management, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring that all ongoing projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include resource planning, personnel management, and the continuous monitoring of project goals. Required Skills

Education

Experience

Several years of professional experience in a leadership role within the HVAC industry
Proven experience in employee management and team development
Experience in the coordination and quality assurance of technical projects
Practical experience with BIM projects and planning software is desirable
