Job Summary
This trainee position at the LWL University Hospital Bochum offers a comprehensive entry into the field of HR management with a specific focus on HR Controlling. Over the course of the program, you will be responsible for analyzing HR key performance indicators (KPIs), creating regular reports, and performing economic efficiency calculations. A unique feature of this role is the structured rotation system, which includes six months spent at two other hospitals to broaden your professional perspective.
