Job Summary

As a Site Manager for Aviation Security, you will lead and develop a team of 11 construction managers while overseeing the implementation of standardized site management procedures. Your daily responsibilities include optimizing on-site processes, conducting safety inspections in collaboration with safety officers, and serving as the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK) in accordance with DIN VDE1000-10. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a strategic role by supporting acquisition activities, developing negotiation strategies, and participating in international management and customer meetings.
