Job Summary
As the Head of IT at AiF Projekt GmbH, you will lead a team of six professionals responsible for the planning and execution of all IT projects within a specialized environment that supports innovation and R&D for small and medium-sized enterprises. Your daily responsibilities include managing IT processes according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, overseeing budget and personnel planning, and coordinating with external service providers. You will ensure a secure and efficient IT infrastructure across multiple locations, primarily focusing on Microsoft-based technologies. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent professional experience for career changers is also accepted.
Experience
- Professional experience in building and administering modern server and IT infrastructures based on Microsoft technologies
- Practical experience in IT project management within ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 environments
- Experience in personnel management and team leadership is highly desirable
- Proven track record in conceptual work and negotiating with external vendors
- Several years of practical experience in a professional IT environment for non-degree holders

- Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary. Location is North Berlin. Position is initially for two years with the goal of permanent employment.
