Job Summary
As an Electronics Technician for Image Processing Systems at VITRONIC, you will play a vital role in the Freight Traffic department, focusing on optical detection and analysis systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting project management in system design, pre-configuring electronic assemblies and control cabinets, and performing on-site installation and commissioning for clients. You will also be responsible for regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and the execution of video surveillance and OCR systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys a mix of in-house technical preparation and field-based service work. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electronics, Information and System Technology, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electronics, information technology, or systems engineering
- Practical experience in the assembly and configuration of electronic components
- Experience in video and communication technology is preferred
- Experience in field service, including maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel are required for on-site customer service and installations.
