Job Summary

This role is centered on the quality assurance and technical testing of high-quality nonwoven fabrics and technical textiles. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will perform routine production sampling and determine the mechanical, technological, and chemical properties of fibers using standardized testing instructions and norms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating technical documentation, such as test certificates, and analyzing test data to derive necessary quality improvements. You will also play a key role in advancing quality standards and supporting Lean Management initiatives within the production environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in textile testing who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Textile Laboratory Technician (Textillaborant) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a laboratory environment, specifically within the testing of technical textiles.
  • Experience in conducting quality assurance measures and sampling during production.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and test certificates.
  • Proven ability in evaluating and analyzing test data to implement quality measures.
  • Experience working within structured team environments and participating in Lean Management processes.
