As an IT Support Specialist at the Satrup location, you will be a vital part of the zur Mühlen Group, a market leader in the food industry. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing group-wide 1st and 2nd level support for users, accounts, and software applications. You will be responsible for qualifying incoming technical issues received via phone or email within a ticketing system and delivering solution-oriented resolutions.
