As the Head of Organization and Human Resources, you will lead a critical administrative department, overseeing both personnel management and general organizational operations. Required Skills

Education

Qualification for the 3rd entry level of the administrative service (formerly higher non-technical administrative service), successful completion of the Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in municipal administration or a comparable public service field
  • Experience in leadership or management functions is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in personnel management and recruitment
  • Experience in managing administrative budgets and departmental resources
  • Experience in advising executive leadership or political bodies
