Job Summary

This role involves driving operational excellence and digital transformation within the A320 Family Quality Customer Line for a major aerospace leader. As a Performance & Digitalization Officer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing sophisticated dashboards to monitor quality and customer performance. You will act as a critical interface for Manufacturing Quality Items (MQI) and coordinate technical requests while enhancing data capitalization through digital solutions. The position requires a high degree of autonomy as you collaborate with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Delivery, and Engineering to improve processes.
