Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information and Communication Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and supervising medium to large-scale construction or renovation projects is preferred but not required
- Experience in the maintenance of technical systems is advantageous
- Experience in independent project management and acting as a representative for building owners
- Proven ability in negotiation and professional presentation
