This role involves conducting critical non-destructive material testing (NDT) to ensure the structural integrity of industrial components. As an NDT Technician, your daily activities will focus on performing Radiographic Testing (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on welds, castings, and safety-critical parts in accordance with ISO 9712 standards. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate testing methods, documenting results, and ensuring strict adherence to quality norms. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a Materials Tester) and valid certification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 in RT and/or UT (Level 1, 2, or 3).
Experience
- Professional experience in applying non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures
- Practical experience in the safe handling and operation of specialized testing equipment
- Experience in evaluating welds, castings, and safety-relevant components
- Experience in organizing and coordinating testing processes independently
