As a (Senior) Project and Process Manager, you will be the central architect of logistics and IT workflows at the Falkensee site near Berlin. Your daily responsibilities involve bridging the gap between operational warehouse logistics, IT systems, and client requirements. You will initiate and implement new process technologies, analyze data to identify inefficiencies, and design lean workflows to optimize material and information flows. Acting as a critical interface, you will translate operational needs into technical requirements for IT teams and manage the implementation of warehouse management system adjustments. This role is highly visible, requiring you to present standardized audits and performance metrics to senior leadership and clients.
