As the Head of Department, you will be responsible for building the team from the ground up, defining organizational structures, and setting technical standards for electrical design. Your daily activities will include the professional leadership of the CAD team, creating innovative circuit diagrams for DDC and MSR systems, and developing CAD macros and standards. You will act as a key interface between project management and production, ensuring high-quality documentation and process optimization.
