Job Summary
As a Technical Facility Manager at one of Berlin's largest municipal housing companies, you will be responsible for the technical integrity and operational safety of a vast portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Your day-to-day role involves organizing and coordinating maintenance measures, managing service contracts, and overseeing repair and modernization projects specifically within heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems. You will play a critical role in budget control, quality management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Technical Building Services (TGA) from a University of Applied Sciences, or a Master Craftsman/Technician certification in Heating, Plumbing, and Ventilation, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in heating, sanitary, and ventilation technology.
- Practical experience in technical building management and operational safety obligations.
- Proven experience in coordinating maintenance, repair, and modernization measures.
- Experience in quality control and technical documentation.
- Professional background in the housing or real estate industry is implied.
