Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position within the Municipality of Mühltal offers a dynamic role in infrastructure management and traffic planning. You will be responsible for the strategic development of infrastructure maintenance, ensuring road safety, and coordinating traffic-related matters across various departments. Key responsibilities include managing road inspections, developing concepts for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, and overseeing public transport initiatives. You will act as the client representative, managing external planners and contractors from the initial tender process through to final billing and site supervision. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma/Master) preferably with a focus on road construction, traffic planning, civil engineering, or infrastructure management.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management specifically within civil engineering and road construction
- Proven experience in the planning, tendering, and awarding of public infrastructure projects
- Experience in construction supervision and final accounting/billing of construction measures
- Professional experience in dealing with citizens, authorities, and third-party contractors

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be able to work on-site in Mühltal. Willingness to support the local volunteer fire department is welcomed.
