Job Summary
As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and modeling technical systems for innovative building projects in Munich. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the service phases 1-7 according to HOAI, specifically focusing on high and low-voltage systems. You will perform lighting calculations, simulate PV systems, and coordinate across various disciplines with both internal and external stakeholders. A key part of the role includes utilizing BIM and 3D simulation tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, economically, and sustainably. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field; alternatively, a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker) in the electrical trade.
Experience
- Professional experience in high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems
- Experience in network supply, telecommunications, and information technology
- Practical experience in CAD application, preferably using Revit
- Experience in project coordination and cost control within building services
- Experience working within the HOAI framework for technical building equipment
