Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Building Services (MEP), you will play a central role in developing and monitoring technical standards for real estate management. Your daily responsibilities include planning and overseeing new construction and renovation projects within the MEP and structural engineering sectors. You will be responsible for technical project management, ensuring that all phases of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers) are followed while maintaining high quality, cost-efficiency, and strict deadlines. This role involves significant stakeholder management, including conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, and evaluating the performance of external partners. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Fachhochschule or University) in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or a related field; or a degree in Architecture with relevant MEP specialization.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the planning and operation of technical building equipment systems, specifically heating, ventilation, and building automation
  • Proven experience in project management and project steering for construction and renovation measures
  • Solid experience in reviewing specialist technical designs across all HOAI phases
  • Experience in procurement, market research, and supplier management
  • Professional background as an Architect with specific experience in building services or as a Supply Engineer

  • Willingness to travel nationwide within Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen) is required. Must be comfortable with a flexible working model including up to 60% home office.
