Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Building Services (MEP), you will play a central role in developing and monitoring technical standards for real estate management. Your daily responsibilities include planning and overseeing new construction and renovation projects within the MEP and structural engineering sectors. You will be responsible for technical project management, ensuring that all phases of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers) are followed while maintaining high quality, cost-efficiency, and strict deadlines. This role involves significant stakeholder management, including conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, and evaluating the performance of external partners.
