Job Summary

As the Cloud Operations & Reliability Manager for EMEA at Kiteworks, you will lead a dedicated team of SRE and CloudOps engineers to evolve a complex, growing cloud environment. Your day-to-day involves driving infrastructure initiatives using Scrum and Agile methodologies, overseeing end-to-end delivery from backlog prioritization to capacity planning. You will be responsible for the stability and performance of the platform, implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices such as incident management, root cause analysis, and the definition of SLOs/SLIs. This role is unique because it combines hands-on technical oversight of Kubernetes-based platforms and GitOps workflows with high-level strategic leadership. You will act as a bridge between Engineering, Security, and Product teams to ensure highly available and scalable systems. The position offers a high degree of flexibility, including a significant 'workation' policy and the opportunity to shape the operational maturity of a global cybersecurity platform.
