As the Head of Turbine Operations, you will lead a global, multidisciplinary team of over 30 professionals across Germany and the US. Your primary responsibility is to oversee turbine engineering operations and project execution, specifically focusing on the development of blades and vanes. You will manage strategic workforce planning, drive engineering outsourcing strategies, and ensure high-quality project delivery within the R&D framework. This role is unique for its dual leadership structure, where you will directly manage the German team while overseeing the US operations manager. You will act as a technical coach for complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, service, and procurement departments to harmonize global processes.
