This role is for an HR Specialist to manage comprehensive personnel matters for the city of Meersburg and surrounding communities. The successful candidate will handle everything from employment contracts to issuing references, serving as a key contact for employees and managers. Responsibilities also include recruiting and supporting apprentices and interns, organizing training processes, and contributing to occupational health management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, service-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for fostering new talent. Completed training as an Administrative Assistant or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law (TVöD)
- Experience in or interest in acquiring trainer qualification (AEVO)
