Job Summary
As a QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for building, promoting, and evolving a site-wide culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. Your daily activities will include coordinating quality management processes, organizing interdisciplinary risk analyses, and supporting executives in creating hazard assessments. You will lead the Quality Assurance team, manage integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), and oversee structured complaint and CAPA processes. A key part of the role involves analyzing QHSE metrics to derive optimization measures for plant management and acting as the central contact for customers on quality topics. Required Skills
Education
Degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Technology, Process Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemistry) or a Master Craftsman/Technician qualification with specialized QHSE training.
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in a QHSE environment
- Proven experience in team leadership and social competence
- Demonstrable experience with at least two relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001)
- Experience in managing integrated management software and safety software
- Professional experience in translating legal requirements into practical processes
