Job Summary
As a Technical Consultant for SAP Customer Experience, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and customization of SAP solutions to optimize sales and service business processes for clients. Your day-to-day role involves working closely with customers to design innovative solutions within the SAP S/4HANA and C/4HANA ecosystems. You will utilize agile methodologies and modern software development planning tools to customize cloud-based service and sales processes. A key focus of the position is developing user-friendly interfaces using Fiori and managing system integrations across hybrid platforms (both SAP and non-SAP). This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of consulting and hands-on development. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the organization and modeling of CRM processes
- Proven experience in SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and ABAP-OO, ideally within Customer Experience projects
- Practical experience in system integration and cloud development
- Experience in developing user-friendly interfaces, specifically using SAP Fiori
- Experience working with hybrid platforms involving both SAP and non-SAP products
- Experience with agile development methodologies and modern planning tools
