A significant portion of the role involves 'data taming,' where you will manage databases and extract actionable insights from raw data to enable predictive process control. You will drive innovation by leading projects from the initial analysis phase through to final implementation on the factory floor. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Bio-Engineering, etc.) or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in an industrial or production environment
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis and optimization of technical plants and machinery
- Proven experience working with databases and complex data structures
- Experience managing technical projects from analysis to implementation
- Background in applying scientific methods to solve industrial problems
