Job Summary

As the Head of Mechanical Design at the Helmut Fischer Group, you will lead a specialized team in developing high-end measurement solutions for industrial quality assurance. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the disciplinary and technical leadership of the design department, where you will oversee the creation of mechanical assemblies and modules for X-ray fluorescence and tactile measurement systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are designed for serial production while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role is unique as it combines strategic organizational development with hands-on technical innovation, requiring you to coordinate complex development projects, manage resources, and ensure compliance with international standards such as EN 55011 and 61010. You will act as a bridge between internal departments and external partners, driving the technological evolution of products that ensure the safety and efficiency of everything from bridges to microchips.
