Job Summary
As the Production Manager for E-Mobility in Dresden, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning highly innovative electric motor production from prototype and small-batch manufacturing to efficient serial production. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and developing the production team, optimizing assembly concepts, and ensuring high quality and delivery standards. You will act as a vital bridge between development and production, collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, and quality management departments to implement New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree (Engineering) or technical vocational training with relevant further qualification (e.g., State-certified Technician or Master Craftsman).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in production management or manufacturing responsibility, preferably with complex technical products
- Proven experience in establishing or scaling production from small-batch to serial manufacturing
- Extensive experience in manufacturing technologies, quality assurance, and production processes
- Leadership experience in managing and developing technical production teams
