Job Summary
As the sole IT representative at the Leipzig branch of the Federal Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of judicial administration. Your daily responsibilities involve providing first-level support via an IT hotline, managing tickets, and offering direct on-site technical assistance for hardware and software issues. You will collaborate closely with the main IT team in Karlsruhe through remote tools and video conferencing. Key tasks include administering Microsoft products, configuring network hardware, managing Active Directory entries, and maintaining video conferencing systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), IT Systems Clerk (Informatikkaufmann), IT Systems Electronic Technician, or a comparable IT-related qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support or a comparable IT position is desirable
- Experience in the field of information security according to BSI-Grundschutz is preferred
- Experience in handling hardware and software support, specifically Microsoft products
- Proven ability to work in a service-oriented and solution-focused environment
