Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous optimization and maintenance of complex manufacturing and packaging systems. Your daily activities involve analyzing technical weaknesses, performing systematic troubleshooting on both hardware and software (specifically Beckhoff PLC), and executing machine modifications, installations, and commissioning. You will ensure smooth production operations by conducting format changes, adjusting sensors, and performing scheduled maintenance according to GMP standards. Beyond technical repairs, you will actively participate in the continuous improvement process (CIP), support machine qualification and validation, and manufacture simple mechanical components using machine tools.
