Job Summary

As a Hardware Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical analysis and resolution of complex hardware issues, specifically addressing failure rates within production environments. Your daily activities will involve applying structured problem-solving methodologies like the 5-Why principle to optimize processes and product quality. You will be tasked with implementing technical changes at the schematic level, supporting the qualification and validation of components and assemblies, and maintaining rigorous documentation including test plans and protocols. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented engineer who enjoys technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.

  • Proven experience in applying problem-solving and error-analysis methodologies (e.g., 5-Why principle)
  • Experience in creating and maintaining test plans and evaluation protocols
