Job Summary
This role offers a leadership opportunity within SAXONiA | LICHT, a regional leader in B2B LED lighting project management. As an Electrical Master Craftsman or Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of lighting projects, encompassing everything from initial calculation and offer preparation to on-site quality control. You will serve as the vital link between internal teams and external stakeholders, managing personnel planning for fitters and ensuring all legal and economic standards are met. The position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys a mix of technical planning, team leadership, and direct involvement in sustainable building technology. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering; or completed vocational training in Electrical/Building Technology with the ambition to pursue Master/Technician certification.
Experience
- Completed vocational training in electrical or building technology is required
- Relevant technical practical experience in the electrical field is required
- Experience in project management and handling of electrical installations
- Proven experience in team leadership and personnel planning
- Experience in cost estimation and proposal preparation

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be located or willing to work within a 50km radius of Chemnitz. Willingness to perform hands-on tasks when necessary.
