Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role involves serving as the primary point of contact for first and second-level technical support within a socially conscious organization in Düsseldorf. You will be responsible for the installation, administration, and maintenance of a diverse IT infrastructure, including clients, servers, printers, networks, and mobile devices. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues via phone, email, or remote access, and actively participating in IT projects.
