As an IT Service Desk Technician at Watson Farley & Williams, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a global IT Service Desk, providing technical solutions for supported systems and services. Your daily responsibilities include supporting local users in person as well as providing global telephone and remote support within a 'follow-the-sun' service model. You will collaborate with international colleagues to resolve or escalate technical issues, assist the infrastructure team in the Hamburg data center, and participate in inter-office projects. Required Skills

Experience

- Experience working in an international business environment, preferably within legal or consulting sectors
- Experience with infrastructure services and user management systems
- Practical experience applying ITIL or ISO20000 service management standards
