As an I&C Engineer at Artelia, you will join the Industry Engineering department to support complex industrial and plant construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and designing electrical, measurement, control, and regulation (EMSR) components while ensuring technical solutions are implemented efficiently. You will collaborate across disciplines—including process, mechanical, and procurement teams—to monitor project activities regarding costs, quality, and deadlines. A significant portion of the role involves creating technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards like IEC and VDE, and providing on-site support for construction and installation monitoring. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., State-certified Technician or Master Craftsman in EMSR).

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in the field of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) or EMSR
  • Experience in planning and designing EMSR components and systems
  • Experience in creating technical documentation such as TDD and test protocols
  • Basic knowledge of relevant industry standards (IEC, VDE, ATEX) is preferred
