Job Summary
As the Software Development Team Lead at Hubdrive, you will spearhead the development of advanced AI-based HR solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. Operating in a 'Silicon Valley' atmosphere in Würzburg, you will oversee the entire software lifecycle, from roadmap planning and user story definition with product management to quality assurance and 3rd-level support. Your day-to-day involves structuring development cycles, assigning work packages, and ensuring high architectural quality without the pressure of project deadlines. A significant portion of your role focuses on people management; you will be responsible for the professional growth of your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and scaling the department by hiring and onboarding new developers in coordination with the CEO. This position offers a unique blend of technical leadership and strategic growth, including international collaboration with Microsoft headquarters in Redmond.
