Job Summary
This role places you at the heart of Germany's energy transition as a leader for Stadtwerke-Netzdienste Dreieich and Neu-Isenburg. You will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of the metering point operations department, focusing on the strategic development of conventional and intelligent metering systems. Day-to-day, you will steer processes related to smart meter rollouts, ensure compliance with strict energy regulations (MsbG, EnWG), and manage budgets and resource planning. The position is highly collaborative, requiring you to act as a key interface between network operations, IT, and external market partners. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in metering point operations and energy industry organizational structures
- Proven experience in leading employees or managing project teams is essential
- Experience in managing service providers and external market partners
- Practical experience in process digitalization and system development (e.g., Gateway Administration)
- Experience in budget, resource, and capacity planning
