Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner at AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group, you will serve as a strategic consultant and operational support for employees and managers across the entire employee life cycle. This role focuses heavily on talent development, where you will design, plan, and coordinate vocational training, continuing education, and succession planning programs. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of these HR concepts and driving their continuous improvement. Beyond development, you will analyze personnel marketing activities, support internal and external communications, and handle essential reporting and administrative tasks. Required Skills
Education
University degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Economics, or Sociology).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an HR environment within an internationally active industrial company
- Extensive knowledge of labor law and broad HR generalist expertise
- Proven experience in conceptualizing and implementing training and development measures
- Experience in personnel marketing and internal communication
- Professional experience in reporting and administrative HR tasks
