The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of facility management processes, including the controlling of construction, maintenance, and inspection orders. Day-to-day duties include budget management, invoice verification in SAP, and managing contracts and procurement processes in compliance with legal regulations. A significant portion of the role focuses on data analysis, forecasting, and maintaining CAFM systems (Archibus). Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, HVAC (HKLS), Facility Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in strategic planning and implementation of facility management processes
  • Leadership experience, ideally in a management position, overseeing multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven experience in technical building management and knowledge of relevant legal regulations
  • Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and developing decision-making templates
  • Practical experience with SAP and CAFM systems for maintenance and budget tracking
