Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing a team of approximately 20 employees across technical, infrastructural, and commercial building management departments in Garching near Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of facility management processes, including the controlling of construction, maintenance, and inspection orders. Day-to-day duties include budget management, invoice verification in SAP, and managing contracts and procurement processes in compliance with legal regulations. A significant portion of the role focuses on data analysis, forecasting, and maintaining CAFM systems (Archibus).
