As the Head of Department for Data Integration & Governance, you will lead a newly created unit within the 'Data & Intelligence Platform' division of one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. Your daily responsibilities include the disciplinary and functional leadership of your team, overseeing the integration of data from across the Sparkassen financial group, and establishing robust data handling processes. You will act as a strategic driver for innovation, ensuring that data structures are optimized for AI, advanced analytics, and reporting use cases. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to serve as a sparring partner for divisional management while managing resources and ensuring compliance with organizational strategies.
