Job Summary
As an Expert Desktop Virtualization System Developer, you will be responsible for the continuous development and administration of the Windows terminal services platform within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Your day-to-day activities involve managing Citrix-based virtual desktops, creating PowerShell-based automation scripts, and ensuring the stable operation of the OSPlus workstation environment. You will act as a key technical resource for Second and Third Level support, performing deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical university degree or a comparable professional qualification/vocational training.
Experience
- At least 6 years of specialized professional experience in IT system development or virtualization
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining productive IT system landscapes
- Proven track record in PowerShell script development and C# programming
- Professional experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within complex server environments
- Experience in implementing measures within the context of IT Problem Management
