Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Water Rights Permits at DB InfraGO AG, you will be responsible for the regional coordination, application, and securing of water law approvals across Northern Germany. Your day-to-day involves conducting basic evaluations of permit-relevant data, managing the planning and implementation of drainage system projects, and ensuring all measures comply with federal and state water regulations. You will perform on-site assessments of drainage facilities along railway tracks and stations, conduct quality inspections, and oversee the acceptance of construction services. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to act as a primary interface between authorities, planning partners, and internal departments. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Water Management, Hydrogeology, or a related natural science or engineering field.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in a project environment, specifically in the planning, permitting, or implementation of water management or infrastructure measures
  • Specialist knowledge in the field of water law permits and basic knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and guidelines
  • Experience in coordinating with public authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting on-site data collection and technical inspections
