Job Summary
This role involves the professional, personnel, and strategic leadership of a 12-person team at TH Köln, one of Germany's most innovative universities. Working in a co-leadership model, you will oversee the operations and optimization of the Campus Management System (CaMS), ensuring smooth release cycles and cross-departmental collaboration with key users. A major focus of the position is driving digitalization projects, such as the implementation of electronic student records, in coordination with faculties and the IT department. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the university's administrative structures and processes during the ongoing rollout of their management systems. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor's level), ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Information Management.
Experience
- Leadership experience in administrative or IT-related environments
- Professional experience in coordinating and steering IT systems and digitalization projects
- Experience in agile project management and lean methodologies
- Professional experience in higher education structures and processes (Campus, Application, Student, and Examination management) is preferred
- Experience with Campus Management Software applications is an advantage
