Job Summary

As a Product Engineer for Smart Services, you will be responsible for managing products throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial technical specification to post-launch support. Your day-to-day activities involve defining technical requirements, overseeing development projects from a user perspective, and conducting field tests. You will play a critical role in creating configuration guidelines and documentation for digital and smart service products. Additionally, you will act as a technical expert, providing training and support to customers, sales, and service teams, which includes performing detailed error analyses and recommending corrective measures.
